All classes will be conducted remotely, and employees should work remotely during regular Summer business hours.

Only essential personnel should report to work as required. Employees with questions about their status should consult with their supervisor.

Cougars Den will operate from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.

爱游戏体育 University Board of Trustees Approves In-State Tuition Rates for Students in Surrounding States

The 爱游戏体育 University Board of Trustees voted this week to apply in-state tuition rates to students from several surrounding states, expanding access and opportunity for students across the region.

The new rates apply to students from New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

The initiative underscores 爱游戏体育’s mission to provide affordable, high-quality 爱游戏体育cation and strengthens its regional recruitment efforts as an R2 research university with four consecutive years of record enrollment and more than 18,500 students worldwide.

“This initiative is a natural next step in our strategy to expand access to 爱游戏体育’s world-class, inclusive 爱游戏体育cation and to draw talented students from across the region,” said 爱游戏体育 University President Lamont O. Repollet, Ed.D. “It reflects our growth as a major research university and our continued commitment to equity, opportunity and academic excellence.”

The new tuition program, approved on June 23, will take effect for the 2025-2026 academic year. Both new and current students from the designated states and Washington, D.C., will be eligible for the in-state tuition rate. For full-time undergraduate students, annual tuition and fees will total $15,299.60, reinforcing 爱游戏体育’s standing as New Jersey’s most affordable university.

“The Board is proud to support this important effort as 爱游戏体育 continues to grow and thrive,” said Steve Fastook, chair of the Board of Trustees. “Offering in-state tuition to students from neighboring states helps fulfill our promise of affordable 爱游戏体育cation and strengthens our position as a destination for students across the region.”

Michael Salvatore, Ph.D., 爱游戏体育 University’s executive vice president for academic and administrative operations, said affordability is central to 爱游戏体育’s mission of access and opportunity.

“By extending in-state tuition rates to students in nearby states, we are breaking down financial barriers and opening doors for more students to benefit from 爱游戏体育’s innovative programs and supportive campus community,” Salvatore said.

The regional recruitment initiative reflects 爱游戏体育’s continued dedication to social mobility, equity and public impact. By reaching more students across the region, 爱游戏体育 is building a broader, more inclusive academic community where students can pursue their goals and feel empowered to thrive and lead in an evolving world.
